Mock Digital Strategy & Branding Project
Bossy Ice Cream was a creative digital strategy and branding project for Developing Content for the Web and Social Media Course.
Task: Create a multiple-platform social media marketing strategy for the brand/product. Now that you’ve selected and created your platforms (must have a minimum of 3), you will create content for each. Create unique content on each platform as well as consistent ties for cross-platform promotion.
Product: Bossy Ice Cream creates unforgettable, gourmet flavors inspired by historical female figures. We were established in Decatur, Georgia and we live on wheels in a portable ice cream truck to further excite and engage the community! Not only do we serve a cultural twist on classic favorites, our local business prioritize inclusivity and inspire the community to come together, indulge in a pint of ice cream (or two) and celebrate women of all color, ages and achievements. We combine fresh ingredients with bold flavors to create a creamy and fluffy texture.
Our locally crafted ice cream is just as original as the trailblazers we are celebrating. I mean, red, white and blue Michelle Obama inspired ice cream (vanilla with raspberry and blueberry jam) sounds delicious AND inspiring. Each flavor is crafted in honor of a specific female leader and is supported by its own digital media campaign to educate and captivate our audience. While providing legendary ice cream is essential, our purpose is to honor the legendary women behind the flavors.
